Summary:

For Maison Empereur, a company specializing in the sale of artisanal products, I proposed a redesign of an existing website, integrating their logo and visual identity elements.

The objective was to create a strong brand image that reflects the authenticity and heritage of the company.

Solutions:

Website Design: Design of an intuitive user interface, optimized for the user experience, with captivating visuals to highlight the products.

Graphic Elements: Development of various visual supports to strengthen the company's communication.

Site presents:
The hardware store website was created in 2012 and since then it has hardly been reworked except for a few technical updates.
The online hardware market is very competitive and Maison Empereur would like to boost its online sales which have been running out of steam for a few months.

The redesign of the homepage aims to optimize the user experience by adopting a 'mobile first' approach, ensuring a responsive and easy-to-navigate site on all devices. The homepage will effectively inform new visitors about Maison Empereur's services and mission. The integration of a chatbot will improve customer service, while Google Maps will make it easy to locate the store and nearby transportation options. Particular attention will be paid to improving the English version and presenting information regarding returns.

Visual presentation - Maison Empereur
The visuals created for Maison Empereur reflect the balance between tradition and modernity. A sober colour palette, vintage patterns and classic typography highlight the artisanal heritage of the oldest hardware store in France. The illustrations and subtle graphic elements emphasize authenticity and manual know-how while integrating contemporary touches for an immersive customer experience.

Palette for Maison Empereur:
A selection of refined colours that evoke the elegance and authenticity of the brand. Neutral and sophisticated tones, such as beige and anthracite gray, create an atmosphere that is both traditional and contemporary, in harmony with the history and prestige of Maison Empereur.

UI Mockups for Maison Empereur:
Creation of a web and mobile design focused on a fluid user experience, with clear navigation and quick access to key categories. The interface reflects the brand’s timeless style while integrating modern features. The responsive mockup adapts to different screens, optimizing the customer journey and highlighting iconic products.

Tidio Module for PrestaShop

Weglot for PrestaShop
Weglot is the ideal translation solution to make your PrestaShop store multilingual. Following Google’s recommendations for multilingual SEO, Weglot allows you to create a language switcher directly from the CMS dashboard.

Room Booking
Access information about booking a room via the menu on the home page. Online bookings will be managed by the Airbnb app, ensuring a simple and seamless experience.

Website Optimization
To improve the performance of the site, I will do the following:
Delete or compress heavy content (images, videos).
Eliminate unnecessary files and images.
Lighten pages while compressing media.
Use responsive images or .svg files to adapt to different screen sizes.
